THE RAZORBLADE DAYS
WELCOME TO NUREMBERG
|
The Razorblade Days, written by Steve Ives is the story of Jocelyn Zin, a 17 year old girl growing up in a small New Jersey town. Jocelyn comes of age amid pressures of home and school against the backdrop of her first love and tumultuous friendship with Casey, her wildly troubled next door neighbor.
Welcome to Nuremberg written by Stuart Lehrer, takes place in October of 1945 when Gustav Mahler Gilbert arrives in Nuremberg to serve as interpreter to Major Douglas Kelly, the prison Psychiatrist. Despite misgivings about Gilbert's Jewish heritage and the biases that may taint his observations, Kelly asks Gilbert to assist him in a comprehensive psychological study of the twenty two top accused Nazi war criminals. We follow Gilbert as he probes the depths of the criminal mind and comes face to face with many of Nuremberg's most notorious captives, including Goering, Speer, Keitel, and Striecher.
