Sirk's management has extensive background in the medical, science and educational field. Before earning his master’s degree in Public Health from Boston University, Sirk Partner John Sikes studied biotechnology, researching Heart Disease and Alzheimer’s research at the world renown Rockefeller University in New York. While in Boston he specialized in behavior change communication, using creative message design to deliver effective messages to a specific target audience. In addition he lectured on participatory methodologies (analysis of TV Ads, focus groups, role playing, games, etc.) and how to design effective health messages, in a course on behavioral theory models.
