Sirk's management has extensive background in the non-profit and educational fields. Sirk Partner John Sikes graduated from Boston University's School of Public Health Masters program where he studied social and behavioral sciences. At the Boston Area Health Education Center he lectured on participatory methodologies (analysis of TV Ads, focus groups, role playing, games, etc.) and how to design effective health messages, in a course on behavioral theory models. John and the Sirk team will work with your organization to craft the right message to reach your target audience, donors or employees.

Sirk has produced award winning videos for the United Nation Population Fund (UNFPA), WOWSE, NYU Center for Immigrant Health and The Pelham Picture House documenting their projects and work. Currently Sirk is in production of a documentary and exhibition video for The New York Botanical Garden.
